By accessing or using thegoldentreat.com ("the website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Website Usage
The website provides information about our catering services, sample menus, a photo gallery and a lead-capture form for service enquiries. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse it in any way.
3. Service Enquiry Process
Submitting the quote-request form does not constitute a contract for catering services. Upon receiving your enquiry we will contact you within 2 hours to discuss menu options, pricing, availability and your event requirements. A binding agreement is created only once a written quote is mutually accepted and an advance payment is made.
4. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue and are subject to ingredient availability and final guest count. Final pricing may vary based on selected menu changes, additional services and venue logistics.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Golden Treat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim related to website usage shall not exceed INR 1,000.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, logos, photographs, menus, text, and design , is the property of The Golden Treat or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cuttack, Odisha.
